I'm Kim Philbey BSc (Hons), Reflective Therapeutic Practice - Therapist and Mentor based in Maidenhead.

I work face to face and remotely. My experience covers 1o years in private practice as a Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Mentor. I have 15 years combined experience in the NHS, Social Services and Mencap.

Previously I have worked in account management and supervised staff in the US, Russia, EU, Asia and the Peoples Republic of China.



I Specialise in the following conditions: 

Anxiety, Depression and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), otherwise known as Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD). 

Anxiety at home and in the work place.

Coaching: For the prevention of burnout, unscheduled sick days and potential legal issues, 

Narcissism: Working with Survivors and Perpetrators of Past and Current Narcissistic Dominating Relationships. 

Relationships: I work with Individuals who are in either short or long term relationships. 

Other areas of specialisation include: Panic Attacks, Domestic Abuse, Rape, LGBTQIA+🏳️‍🌈

Self Esteem and Confidence, issues around image and sense of self.

I work in an informal and constructive manner, respecting the struggles and complications that are being faced by clients. As an Integrative therapist and coach I apply a creative approach to therapy and work with a variety of therapeutic models, which enables a holistic approach to working with disturbing and traumatic conditions.
